If you read my Home page you know I have two kids, and yes they are boys.. Boys love to eat!! So boys will be boys forever, thus we cook... and not necessarily healthy all the time.....
I have one health nut and one sweet tooth for kids. Every once in a while we have to compromise.
Indoor Smores
So I live on the East Coast and as you have gathered not down south anymore so we have some cold months ahead of us. The other day the boys got home from school and i needed to whip up a quick after school snack.
Ingredient List Indoor Smores
4 Graham Cracker Sheets(plain)
2 tbs. Peanut Butter(creamy)
2 tbs. spreadable chocolate(jarred in the pb&j section)
1 tbs. organic butter
Take one graham cracker sheet and spread half of the butter + half of the chocolate (by spreadable I mean the kind in the jar. The latest and greatest stuff found by the peanut butter).
Next spread a different half with half of the peanut butter(creamy of course).
Top the two halves forming a sandwich. Not hard right? Place on a non stick pan and put in the oven at 375 for 5 minutes or until the butter is oozing out. Love the word oozing....:0
Take out your smore and place on a plate to cool for a few uno momento then enjoy the succulence...
Its truly to be amazed about for at least the minute it will take you to devour this sugary concoction!!
So quick, so easy, and oh so yummy!!
